FAQ about the HHA
  • What Can I Bring?
    Each concert has specific restrictions. Under the event listing for the concert(s) you choose to attend, any unusual requirements or permissions will be noted. The lines getting into the concert will go much faster if you make it easy for our security to see what items you have with you. For the majority of our ticketed concerts, please feel free to bring: A yoga mat or beach towel 30″ x 60″ or smaller at most shows. Seat cushion 16″ x 16″ or smaller allowed for all shows. Empty water bottles, including empty reusable containers. Please note we do not sell single-use plastic water or soda bottles inside the venue. We will provide you with a compostable cup for water if necessary, but encourage you to bring your own canteen to fill for free at any of our many fountains. An Individual Clear Plastic, Vinyl or PVC Tote Bag (Stadium bag). No larger than a 12” x 6” x 12” tote bag with a single compartment and/or small clutch bag (6”x 9”) Binoculars Personal cameras (no detachable lenses) Kid-carriers (backpacks, slings, baby bjorn-type things) Personal umbrellas & ponchos (umbrellas cannot be used in the reserved or general admission areas once the concert has begun) Not Allowed at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater Outside chairs, including lawn chairs. Outside blankets. Weapons of any kind, or anything that is considered threatening by the general public. Strollers or wagons are not allowed at any concert. Anything to smoke. Of any kind. No vaping. Outside food/beverages Drones Selfie sticks or iPads GoPros or professional cameras (anything with a detachable lens) Golf umbrellas Aeroloungers Laser Pointers Pets including emotional support or companion animals Fireworks or sparklers Frisbees, flags, hula hoops, confetti, streamers, balloons, projectiles, silistring, etc. The HHA sits along the banks of the pristine Deschutes River. We are charged with and responsible for keeping it clean and beautiful. You can help.
  • Where Do I Buy Tickets?
    Make sure to purchase your concert tickets through our website, Ticketmaster, or in person at the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District, located at 520 SW Powerhouse Drive, Suite 624. The Ticket Mill is open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm & Sunday 11am-6pm. Tickets to all concerts at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater are also available online and during the day of the show at Will Call, located outside of the main gates of the amphitheater.   • What time does the Box Office at the venue open?
    The Box Office at the venue next to the Main Gate opens 2 hours before doors. If you need quicker assistance you can call or visit the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District. They are open Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the phone number is 541-318-5457
  • My tickets give me a lawn section, is this general admission?
    Yes, if your ticket says GA or Lawn, it is General Admission. Please disregard the number, this is Ticketmaster's way of accounting tickets sold.
  • Where Do I Park?
    Look for “Event Parking” signs throughout the Old Mill District. ADA accessible parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive for every ticketed concert, and in the gravel parking lot immediately across the street from the venue (for most ticketed concerts). Accessible drop-off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage, if you prefer that option. Parking in paid parking lots opens one hour before doors. Bike parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive and near Will Call by the main gates. No overnight parking and no RV parking permitted. For camping info visit recreation.gov
  • Can I leave and come back in?
    No. We don't not allow reentry at any show.
  • Does My Child Need a Ticket?
    Children 2 years old and younger do not need tickets to attend shows at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater.
  • What are the Photo Restrictions?
    Professional grade cameras and drones are not allowed at the venue without expressed written consent from the venue. This includes: GoPros, iPads, any device attached to selfie stick, and cameras with detachable lenses.
  • Lost and Found?
    Items left behind at the venue will be returned to the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District the morning following a show. The Ticket Mill opens at 10 a.m. Monday - Saturday and at 11 a.m. on Sunday. They can be reached at 541-318-5457.
  • I purchased reserved seating, is a chair provided?
    Yes, chairs are provided and numbered in reserved sections A-J.
  • Are we allowed to bring in chairs to the venue?
    Outside chairs are not allowed in the venue. A limited number of rental chairs will be available online for $10 at most shows. In your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account by selecting “Upgrades Available” and selecting “Lawn Chair Rental." For most shows, additional day-of-event chair rentals are available to rent at the Chair Rental Tent inside the venue . If chair rentals are sold out and you need a seat, please locate a guest services member in the ADA area left of the stage and they'll do their best to assist you. Guest services team members wear bright blue shirts that state “Crew” on the front and have our crow logo on the back.
  • I’ve already purchased my tickets and now want to pre-purchase rental chairs.
    A limited number of rental chairs will be available online for $10 at most shows. Go to your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account, select “Upgrades Available” and then choose “Lawn Chair Rental." If you don’t have an account you can go to www.livenation.com, search the concert you're attending and choose “ Chair Rental” under the “Upgrades Available” link.
  • I need to bring in either medical supplies or a diaper bag that's not clear.
    Non-clear bags with medical supplies and/or non-clear diaper bags must be tagged as medical by our guest services team before inspection by security and entering the venue. Do not remove tag for the duration of the event. Guest services team members wear bright blue shirts that state “Crew” on the front and have our crow logo on the back.
  • I have dietary restrictions, can I bring in my own food?
    Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue. Our food carts offer a vast array of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, low sugar, Paleo, and health-focused options.
  • How do I become a food vendor?
    All vendors for 2023 have been selected. Check back this winter for applications for the 2024 concert season.
  • Are there age restrictions at shows?
    For the 2023 season, comedian Matt Rife is the only event with an age restriction. Ticketholders need to be 18 years or older to attend.
