The Hayden Homes Amphitheater is looking for an experienced Box Office Manager to oversee ticketing operations at the venue full-time. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to interact professionally with management teams, partners, guests and clients at all levels. The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The Box Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Box Office, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures for both the venue and the tours. Proficiency in ticketing software, staff management, and guest relations is essential. Specifically, an understanding of Ticketing systems including, but not limited to Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, Account Manager and the TM1 product suite, as well as 2-3 years of management level work experience is preferred.
Travel may be required for this position to train with or assist other venues throughout the NW.
