Seating Chart
To accommodate accessible seating patrons, Hayden Homes Amphitheater allows wheelchair patrons and one companion to sit in a special reserved section at the Amphitheater. Wheelchair accessible patrons purchase a general admission ticket (even for shows with Golden Circle seating) and then when they arrive at the amphitheater they are directed to the seating area. In order to accommodate all of the wheelchair patrons, only one companion seat is allowed per wheelchair. Additional members of your party should sit in the general seating area. Service Hours:Box Office is open 1.5 hour before gates.
- Seat cushions: Measuring 16 x 16 inches or smaller
- Beach towels & yoga mats: 30” x 60” or smaller are allowed at this show.

- An individual clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bag: No larger than a 12” x 6” x 12” tote bag or pack with a single compartment and/or small clutch bag (6”x 9”)

Seat cushions 16” x 16” or smaller are allowed in the venue at all shows. No chairs or blankets are permitted. Low-profile chairs are available to rent at most concerts.
All vendors only accept payment with debit, credit, or Old Mill District gift cards. There is a 1-to-1 cash-to-card exchange at the Guest Services booth for folks who only bring cash. No extra fees.

Only clear, single compartment bags or packs that measure 12-inches tall by 12-inches wide with a depth of 6 inches or less are allowed in the venue. Small, non-clear clutch bags that are 6-inches tall by 9-inches wide are the only exception.
At this time there are no additional health and safety procedures to attend shows. Policies could be amended at any time to reflect those changes.
