Hayden Homes Amphitheater proudly features some of Central Oregon’s most innovative food cart concepts. We also have a handful of themed bars offering an assortment of cocktails, mocktails, draft beer, wine and other beverages!

Notice of Photography and Filming

When entering the Hayden Homes Amphitheater, you are entering a private property area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.

Your entry and presence on the premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Old Mill District and Hayden Homes Amphitheater, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

No Drone Zone

Drones are not allowed in the Hayden Homes Amphitheater or at the Old Mill District without the expressed written consent from the district. Violators will be charged with a Class B Violation under ORS 837.370 and trespassed from the property.

Is there a Lost and Found?

Yes. The Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District keeps track of Lost and Found items. We recommend calling them first (541-318-5457). The Ticket Mill is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also send an email inquiry to info@bendconcerts.com

Where do I buy tickets?

Buy tickets directly through Bendconcerts.com, Ticketmaster, or in-person at the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District, located at 520 SW Powerhouse Drive, Suite 624. The Ticket Mill is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 541-318-5457 for more information. Pending availability, tickets to concerts can be purchased day of show at the Box Office by the Main Gate at the venue.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?

Tickets are non-refundable, and shows happen rain or shine. If you need to resell your ticket you can do that through verified resale on the Ticketmaster app

What time does the box office at the venue open?

The Box Office at the venue next to the Main Gate opens two hours before doors open. If you need quicker assistance you can call (541-318-5457) or visit the Ticket Mill in the Old Mill District open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is at the Box Office in the red shed in front of the Main Gate. They open two hours before door times.

My tickets are general admission, but they give me a lawn section - what does this mean?

If your ticket says General Admission or Lawn, get comfortable anywhere on the lawn. Please disregard the section and row, this is Ticketmaster's way of accounting ticket inventory on the backend.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available throughout the Old Mill District. Look for "Event Parking" signs. ADA accessible parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive for every ticketed concert, and in the gravel parking lot immediately across the street from the venue (for most ticketed concerts). Accessible drop-off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage, if you prefer that option. Parking in paid parking lots opens one hour before doors. No overnight parking and no RV parking permitted. For camping info visit recreation.gov

Can I park overnight?

No overnight parking and no RV parking is permitted in the Old Mill District or Hayden Homes Amphitheater. For camping info visit recreation.gov

Where is ADA Parking?

ADA accessible parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive for every ticketed concert, and in the gravel parking lot immediately across the street from the venue (for most ticketed concerts). Accessible drop-off is available at the gate on Shevlin-Hixon Drive closest to the stage, if you prefer that option.

What is the Paid Premium Parking?

It is the lot closest to the Main Gate, and opens one hour before door time. To check availability, Go to your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account, find the event, select “Upgrades Available,” and then choose “South Lot Premier Parking." If you don’t have an account you can go to www.livenation.com, search the concert you're attending and choose "South Lot Premier Parking” under the “Upgrades Available” link.

Are bike racks available?

Bike parking is available on Shevlin-Hixon Drive and near Will Call by the main gates.

Can I leave and come back in?

No. We do not allow re-entry at any show.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children two years old and younger do not need tickets to attend shows at Hayden Homes Amphitheater

Can I bring a stroller or wagon for my child?

No, strollers and wagons are not allowed inside the venue.

What are the Photo Restrictions?

Professional grade cameras and drones are not allowed at the venue without expressed written consent from the venue and security staff. This includes: GoPros, iPads, any device attached to a selfie stick, and cameras with detachable lenses.

Can I bring a camera?

Can I bring my GoPro, Diji, Selfie Stick or iPad?

No. No professional-grade cameras allowed inside. Only personal cameras without detachable lenses permitted.

I purchased reserved seating, is a chair provided or do I need to rent one?

Chairs are provided in Reserved Seating sections A-J.

Are we allowed to bring in chairs to the venue?

No. Outside chairs and blankets are not allowed in the venue. A limited number of rental chairs will be available to secure online for $10 for most shows. You can do this at time of purchase, or in your Ticketmaster or Live Nation account select “Upgrades Available” and select “Lawn Chair Rental." Rental Chair specs: 27.6" wide x 27.6" deep x 30.5" tall. For most shows, additional day-of-event chair rentals are available at the Chair Rental Booth inside the venue. If chair rentals are sold out and you need a seat, please locate a guest services member in the ADA area left of the stage and they'll do their best to assist you. Guest services team members wear bright blue shirts that state “Crew” on the front and have our crow logo on the back.

What are the specs of the Rental and ADA Chairs?

Rental Chair Specs: 27.6" wide x 27.6" deep x 30.5" tall. ADA Chair Specs: FlexOne CS Folding Chair by MITYLITE. Height is 32.75" by 19.80" wide, and 23" long. The weight capacity is 1,000 pounds.

What can I sit on if I don't want to rent chairs?

We encourage patrons to bring seat cushions or Crazy Creeks with a base measuring 16 x 16 inches or smaller, and no metal frames. Beach towels or yoga mats 30” x 60” or smaller are also allowed.

I need to bring in either medical supplies or a diaper bag that is not clear.

Yes. Non-clear bags with medical supplies and/or non-clear diaper bags must be inspected and tagged by our Guest Services team before going through security and entering the venue.  Do not remove tag for the duration of the event.

Can I bring in prescription medicine?

Prescription medication is allowed in the venue if it is in its original container and if the name on the pharmacy-generated label matches the patron's ID.

I have dietary restrictions, can I bring in my own food?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue. Our food carts offer an array of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, low sugar, Paleo, and health-focused options. IF you have a medical reason for needing to bring your own food please contact 541-318-5457 to coordinate ahead of time.

Are there age restrictions at the shows?

Typically no; however, the Matt Rife show on August 27 has an age restriction of 18+ only. Venue staff will be checking IDs upon entry. Small children are not permitted at the Matt Rife show, either. Check individual event pages for updates.

What if I only have cash, can I exchange it for a gift card to use in the venue?

Yes. We have a cash-to-card exchange at our Guest Services tent right inside the main gate. It is a 1-to-1 exchange, no extra fees.

What is the bag policy?

Clear bag policy. Single compartment CLEAR plastic, vinyl or PVC tote pages no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” in size, or a non-clear single compartment bag/clutch less than 6” x 9” in size are allowed in the venue.

If someone needs an assisted listening device do you offer an on-site option?

Yes. We have a ListenTech system for folks to rent or sync to. This is an assistive listening system that transmits audio directly to a listener's ears without amplifying ambient noise, delivering it to headphones, hearing aids, or cochlear implants for much greater clarity. Below is our suggestion for where to sit for the best listening experience while utilizing the ListenTech software in our venue.

Are drones allowed?

What if I need an ASL interpreter

We work closely with several local ASL interpreters. If you need to request one, please do so at least seven business days prior to the show you are attending. Email request directly to Greta@bendconcerts.com.

Are Service Animals allowed?

Only Service Animals are allowed in the venue. This is not an environment for animals who are not trained specifically to be of service. To talk through accomodations in advance of a show call the Ticket Mill at 541-318-5457

Can I bring an umbrella?

Yes. Personal umbrellas are allowed. Please be mindful of others' views.

What is the smoking policy?

Hayden Homes Amphitheater is a non-smoking venue. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the Main Gate. We kindly ask you to adhere to this for the safety and health of those around you.

Can I bring in signs, flags, totems, hula hoops, or accessories like that?

No. Please leave hula hoops, beach balls, poi balls, flags, totems, etc. at home for the safety of those around you.
