ACCESSIBILITY AT LSA

Accessible seating and parking is available for all events at the Les Schwab Amphitheater.

About us: The Les Schwab Amphitheater is a shallow sloping grass venue built in 2001. Paths of travel to the venue are asphalt or concrete, but the venue itself, is grass. For each concert, our configuration varies slightly, but the paths of travel from parking to the accessible entrance, and various seating options will be clearly marked for each concert. If you have any questions or need assistance for any reason at a concert, please ask for our concert hosts. To arrange for special accommodation in advance of a show, please call our office at 541-312-8510 or email us.

In the image above shows the reserved seating area, and immediately next to it, closest to the street, the General Admission seating ADA area. Thank you for coming to a show!

General Admission Seating: The designated general admission seating area for people with disabilities and their parties is just inside the gate, at the front of the venue, with a clear view of the stage. The Amphitheater is a grass venue and has a slight slope from entry to seating area for general admission. You will need to travel across grass to get to the seating area.

Reserved Seating: Those with reserved seating tickets have a seat or seating area located in the reserved section. Your Ticketfly ticket will indicate a seat number. For reserved seating your path of travel will likely include relatively even asphalt to concrete (over one or more cord ramps) and then depending upon the concert and demand, possibly grass. We always keep the distance of travel as short as possible.

Ticketing: Accessible tickets for all concerts at the Les Schwab Amphitheater are available through the same methods of purchase as all other tickets. Please click on the show you would like to attend and select "Buy Tickets". You will be redirected to TicketFly to make your purchase. If no ADA tickets show available, we may have sold out of the designated number of accessible tickets, but if any tickets are still available for your show of choice, we will always accommodate an accessibility request either at the gate or prior to the show. You may purchase a regular GA and we will let you into the ADA section (honor system), or if you purchase a reserved seating ticket, we will make accommodation in the reserved seating area of the concert you choose to attend. Please note, if you do purchase a reserved seating ticket without ADA designation, but require chair accommodation, advanced notification is welcomed. Companion tickets are available for all ticket types.
